American Student Assistance does not accept unsolicited resumes from any search or staffing agencies that have not signed a current Staffing Services Agreement with American Student Assistance. Staffing activities are managed through the Human Resources Department and all candidates must be presented through this avenue. Recruiters are prohibited from contacting American Student Assistance staff directly in an attempt to present candidates. Complying with this requirement will be a significant factor in determining any future professional relationship with American Student Assistance.

Submission of unsolicited resumes does not create any implied obligation on the part of American Student Assistance. Unsolicited resumes will be considered property of American Student Assistance, and American Student Assistance will not be subject to any agency referral or placement fees. This includes resumes submitted directly to hiring managers that failed to go through the Human Resources Department.
