If you have questions about your student loans relating to the recent announcement by the Massachusetts Educational Financing Authority (MEFA) or need assistance in finding a student loan lender, American Student Assistance^® (ASA) can advise you of your options. Please contact us at customersupport@amsa.com or at 800.999.9080 and select option 1 at the main menu, followed by option 1 again, and finally option 3. The Call Center’s normal hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. ET. Saturday hours are available from 9:00 a.m to 2:00 p.m.
