American Student Assistance^® (ASA) continues to seek ways to impact borrowers with the right information at the right time. For many students and families struggling with the recent changes to the student loan market, that right time is right now. With this in mind, Betsy Mayotte, ASA’s director of regulatory compliance and privacy, participated in an online chat with Boston Globe readers on August 7.
