Advising on the Future of American Student Assistance
In an effort to help American Student Assistance (ASA) deliver better products and services to our lender and school partners, ASA regularly convenes a group of financial aid professionals to discuss products and services and offer recommendations. Drawing on their diverse experience and wealth of knowledge their feedback assists ASA in developing and improving our partnerships, customer service, loan processing and loan repayment tools.
