There are many proven methods that encourage the financial aid and business offices to provide excellent customer service to each other and to their students. This session contains dialog, discussion, and examples of what other institutions have done to partner within these 2 offices. The end result is that your students and your school will benefit from the ideas and methodologies you take back to your campus.
