Dancing with Change on Campus

Course Description

Why do we have difficulty dealing with change? Why are we often in resistance, even when we know that the change is necessary and will result in positive outcomes? This mini-workshop provides an overview of the beliefs and behavioral patterns that keep us in a cycle of resistance. Participants will be actively involved in beginning the process of identifying their own patterns of resistance. This session is an introduction to the Dancing with Change Seminar.

Who Should Attend

Higher Education and Financial Aid professionals who are interested in professional and personal growth and development.

How You Will Benefit
