Course Description
Financial Aid Administrators are aware that lenders, guarantors and servicers have a role regarding student loans, but what are those roles? This session will help to clarify the roles of the lender, servicer and guarantor from certification through repayment. Participants will leave this session understanding who does what….when…and why they do it. This information is invaluable for both your understanding and in helping your students.
