Course Description
This highly interactive session outlines how the creation of a Service and Performance Excellence Code of Standards can positively impact your office. The areas of compliance, customer service, performance, initiative, and ethics will be targeted in terms of creating both a code and guidelines for the office. Creation of a Code sets a baseline for both performance and evaluation of performance, and participants will leave this session with a model to begin the process in their office.
