Upscale Customer Service in a Difficult Economy

Course Description

With the current economy affecting so many of our customers, Financial Aid Staff will need to utilize both patience and specific skill sets in response to the difficult situations that have arisen. Many students and parents are facing job loss, retirement fund depletion, or some other type of financial loss. This session will cover the soft skills associated with customer service to assist families in financial crisis. Best practices and case studies surrounding this topic will be used.
