Managing Change: Through Coaching and Mentoring
Course Description
In this session, participants will explore the techniques of coaching and mentoring and begin to understand the differences, why to use them, and when to use them. We will further explore how we can begin to manage the outcomes of change through the use of coaching and mentoring. Participants will leave this session with both the knowledge and resources to begin using coaching and mentoring on a regular basis.
