Go With the Flows: Optimizing Your Loan Processing
Course Description
Do you ever wonder why you send some certifications go to the lender, some to the guarantor, and some to the servicer? Why you receive funds from many different institutions while another school receives all of their funds from just 1 place? This session brings to light the major FFELP players, the available loan processing flows, and includes a discussion of the vocabulary used by everyone involved with those flows. Participants will gain a deeper understanding of their current loan processes and learn new tools to assist in controlling and streamlining the process.
